This website is operated by Handmade Studio, Haifa, Israel. By ordering from the site you agree to these terms.

Products

Every set is strung by hand from natural stone and silver-tone beads. Natural stones vary in colour and pattern, so your set may differ slightly from the photos. This is the character of each piece, not a defect. Stone meanings on the site are traditional beliefs, offered for interest only.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging a different amount.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is approved and you receive a confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable we will let you know and refund you in full.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

See our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Cancellations follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Use of the site

All photos, text and designs on this site belong to Handmade Studio and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Haifa have exclusive jurisdiction.
