Accessibility statement

Handmade Studio wants every visitor to be able to browse and shop comfortably, including people with disabilities. We work to make this site meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations.

What we have done

• The site can be used with a keyboard only, with a visible focus outline and a "skip to content" link.
• Images have text descriptions, and buttons and links have accessible names for screen readers.
• Text and background colours are chosen for readable contrast, and text can be enlarged in the browser without breaking the layout.
• The site works in Hebrew (right to left) and English, on mobile and desktop.
• Animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Menus, the bag and dialogs can be closed with the Esc key, and focus returns to where you were.

Known limitations

Some content from third parties, such as the checkout and payment pages run by our payment provider, is not fully under our control. If you find a part of the site that is hard to use, please tell us and we will fix it or help you complete your order another way.
