Refund policy

We want you to love your set. If it is not right, you can exchange or return it.

Exchanges and returns

• You may cancel your order and return a set within 14 days of receiving it.
• The set must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• To start a return or exchange, email amit_b@hamakolet.net with your order number. We reply within one business day with return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the set arrived damaged or not as described.

Refunds

• Once the returned set reaches us and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 14 days.
• As permitted by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be deducted. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item was faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your set arrives damaged, or a bracelet breaks through a fault in our work, write to us with a photo. We will repair or replace it, or refund you in full, including shipping.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
